PetroLiance® was formed in July, 2006 through the merger of four of the nation's largest ExxonMobil distributors. The four heritage companies: Boncosky Oil, Commercial Ullman Lubricants Company, Young Oil Company and Lubricant Technologies are the newly formed PetroLiance , one of the largest leading lubricant and fuels distributors in the United States. The company vision is to provide customers with high quality products and services, while leading the industry in professionalism, productivity, technology and strategic thinking.

2006: PetroLiance® expands the Medallion Plus® brand to better serve the fuels, lubricants and ancillary products
2007: PetroLiance® recognized as one of the nation's top performing distributors of ExxonMobil lubricants earned the prestigious Premier Award in ExxonMobil's annual Circle of Excellence program. The Circle of Excellence program recognizes top ExxonMobil distributors based on a broad variety of criteria, including their commitment to best business practices. The award is reserved for only the top 10 distributors.
2007: PetroLiance® acquires AV Lubricants, a leading provider of lubricants to the aviation and mining operations in Ohio, Kentucky and neighboring states. AV Lubricants is one of the most successful companies in its field. That's why it was instrumental to PetroLiance® to acquire this innovative and rapidly growing company. The acquisition has expanded the PetroLiance® family.
2007: Customer Service driven focus is expanded to include the Medallion Plus® Mentor Fluid Analysis Program as a preventive and predictive maintenance solution for operational efficiency.
2007: Medallion Plus® product family line expands to include Medallion Plus® floor dry and Medallion PlusGuard antifreeze and coolants in gallon jugs.
