CSR tech support can log into it and reset the login password back to the default one for you though (just make sure to tell them it's the password to actually log into the modem you want to change, and not the wifi one), but then the USB key won't be able to connect properly any more. Click on the Tools menu (you may have to press Alt to bring up the menu). Login using that method and navigate through the various web interface pages to set the various parameters.

Then you can use that rogers ID and Password they give you or use the USB sitck.
